What is the Halo Laser?

Halo is the first and only Hybrid Fractional Laser. It combines non-ablative and ablative wavelengths to the target area to optimize patient results all while minimizing downtime. As a fractional treatment, the surrounding areas with remain intact and not be affected. This allows the skin to heal quickly and safely. This treatment is quick, very effective and painless. 

How does the Halo Laser work?

The Halo laser uses a superficial ablative 2940 nanometer wavelength that decreases healing time through smaller ablative injuries. It combines the ablation with coagulation through 1470 nanometer wavelength to reach the optimal depth for treating pigmentation, texture, and pore size in the epidermis and papillary dermis. Along with the dual-action, the Halo Laser uses Dynamic Thermal Optimization to automatically adjust and control the power based on skin temperature. Meanwhile, using advanced computer software, the patient’s skin is mapped using optical navigation which leads to more consistent and safer treatments.
